Belinda Atkins is Managing Director of Mediate UK. Belinda Atkins is responsible for day to day operations, for client care and for the quality of the mediation service clients receive.
Belinda Atkins joined Mediate UK in 2019 as Business Support Manager, became Operations Manager in 2021 and was appointed Managing Director in 2022. Mediate UK won Best Company Culture at the BizX Awards in 2025 under that leadership.
Belinda Atkins is not a practising family mediator and is not a solicitor. The editorial role Belinda Atkins holds is oversight of clarity and service accuracy: reviewing guides and articles against the editorial standards of the group and flagging anything unclear or out of date.
