London Mediation Service is the London arm of Mediate UK, offering family mediation from three London offices and online.

London Mediation Service is a family mediation service operated by Family Legal Ltd. London Mediation Service was established in July 2025 as the dedicated London arm of Mediate UK.

London Mediation Service holds in person appointments at offices in Waterloo, St Pancras and Sutton, and holds online appointments for clients who prefer them. London Mediation Service covers child arrangements, financial settlements and property.

London Mediation Service exists because London clients often want a local office and a London specific service, while still drawing on the mediator team, the legal aid contract and the quality standards of the wider Family Legal Ltd group.

London Mediation Service is operated by Family Legal Ltd as the London arm of Mediate UK. London Mediation Service uses the same mediators, systems and standards as Mediate UK.

Regulatory position

London Mediation Service mediators are registered with the Family Mediation Council and follow the Family Mediation Council Code of Practice. Several are also members of Resolution and the Family Mediators Association. Family Legal Ltd is a Legal Aid Agency contracted provider for family mediation and a registered provider under the government family mediation voucher scheme.
